During my four years at university, I built a strong foundation across multiple creative disciplines,

including graphic design, motion graphics, animation, and 3D modelling.

Graphic design has been a core part of my creative development, helping me cultivate a strong sense

of visual composition, branding, colour theory, and storytelling — skills that influence every project I work on.

 

As I progressed in my studies, I developed a deep interest in designing websites and applications,

particularly in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI). Recognising that effective digital design requires

both aesthetic sensibility and technical understanding, I chose to minor in computer communication

during my sophomore year. This broadened my understanding of development processes and enabled me

to design digital experiences that are visually compelling, intuitive, and functional.

 

My long-term goal is to create impactful designs both in UX/UI and graphic design, that genuinely reflect

users’ needs and behaviours. I aim to build digital products and visual communication pieces

that are not only beautiful but also meaningful, user-centred, and accessible.

 

Throughout my academic journey, I had the opportunity to collaborate with friends and professors

on a wide variety of projects. These experiences strengthened my skills in teamwork, organisation, communication,

and constructive feedback. I believe I was often selected for these roles because of my attention to detail

and commitment to high-quality work. As a perfectionist, I naturally take initiative when I notice inconsistencies

or areas for improvement, allowing me to approach design with both creativity and precision.

 

I am confident that my passion for design, combined with my drive to continually learn and improve,

will help me grow into an even more effective and versatile designer.
